“Careful the things you say, children will listen. Careful the things you do, children will see. And learn.”
—Lyrics from “Into the Woods”

As a mom of 2 teenage girls, let me tell you, the struggle is real! The pressure of parenting is no joke. It feels like all those super-parents on social media have it all figured out: acing their careers, nailing the spouse game, and being the coolest, wisest, fun parent ever. But guess what? They’ve got their battles too (they just hide them better).

When your kid questions their body, your heart shatters. What sparked this? A mean comment at school? A TV show pushing the "perfect body" agenda? Or maybe a relative's negative self-talk rubbing off on them? It's gut-wrenching.

You're may be doing everything by the book. Seriously. But we're in a world obsessed with looks and standards. These things don’t pave the road to happiness or real success. And no matter how much you shield them, kids absorb what's around them. Plus, we're up against easy, junky, finger-lickin' foods 24/7. It's like fighting a losing battle for your child's attention in a rigged game.

I don’t have all the solutions. I’m in the trenches with you, fighting the good fight. But I'm on a mission to guide you and your children to a healthier, happier path in this maze of distractions and unhealthy norms. It’s hard to do this alone. So, don’t. I can't wait to join forces with you and bring a slice of serenity to this rollercoaster ride called parenting.
